FLARE is an outreach of Chattanooga Christian School under the direction of Emma Pannkuk.

FLARE dance studio offers quality dance instruction with a variety of styles 和 techniques in a Christ-centered environment. FLARE welcomes students of all ages throughout Chattanooga—you do not have to be a 威尼斯赌博游戏手机版 student to participate. We desire to impart a love of dance as we encourage excellence in technique 和 artistry. It is our hope that our dancers would gain an appreciation for the beauty of art as well as the joy of dance.

Creative Movement | PreK 3-K | Tuesdays | 3:30-4:15 PM

This class explores movement expression while introducing students to some of the fundamental aspects of 芭蕾舞. Students will learn to follow movement patterns 和 travel across the floor in a learning environment that inspires creativity. | September 5-December 12
Junior Jazz & Hip Hop | 1st-5th | Fridays | 4:00-5:00 PM

Jazz is a style of dance with many different style breakdowns. This class introduces students to foundational 爵士乐 technique; movements deriving from the hips, 肩膀, 和脊柱. Students will learn basic technique exercises 和 combinations across the floor. | September 8-December 15
Dance Styles & Choreography | MS/HS | Mondays | 4:00-6:00 PM

This class introduces students to fundamental technique exercises 和 combinations from a variety dance styles such as 爵士乐, 现代, 芭蕾舞, 嘻哈, 和更多的! Students will also learn stylistic expression 和 performance skills while memorizing choreography for performance opportunities (optional). | September 11-December 11

关于 the Instructor

Emma Pannkuk has been dancing since 1997 和 trained at Ballet Tennessee where she learned a variety of styles including classical 芭蕾舞, 现代, 爵士乐, 嘻哈, 和利用. She started at 威尼斯赌博游戏手机版 in 2019 和 has been teaching since 2015. Emma teaches FLARE dance classes as well as High School Ballroom.
